To access the Transit Portal, you will need to contact us and request an ID and password. Once you have these credentials, you can log in to the portal from our website.
You will need to upload all the necessary documents for custom clearance, and you will see upload button inside. When you upload them, our team will review the documents and prepare the T1 document for you. If there is any problem, we will contact with you as soon as possible.
We understand that time is of the essence when it comes to international transportation, so we strive to provide our customers with fast and efficient service. Typically, you can expect to receive your T1 document within a few minutes of uploading the required documents to the Transit Portal.
Once we have prepared your T1 document, we will upload it to the Transit Portal for you to access and download. You will receive an email notification when the document is ready.
